Floridays Orlando Resort features well-designed floor plans and complete turnkey furnishings in each condominium unit—the perfect home away from home for you and your guests.
The resort will include 792 suites in 11 Mediterranean-style condominium buildings (some buildings are still under construction; new units will be available soon). All are six-floor buildings equipped with elevators. Each floor includes 12 units: eight two-bedroom, two-bath suites and four three-bedroom, two-bath suites, for a total of 72 suites per building. Every building on the property features tropical landscaping unique to each courtyard.
Buildings A-F:
Six buildings, 432 units- Floor Plan A: 288 two-bedroom, two-bath suites
(1,070 square feet* including balcony) - Floor Plan B: 144 three-bedroom, two-bath suites
(about 1,360 square feet* including balcony)
Buildings G-K:
Five buildings, 360 units- Floor Plan C: 240 two-bedroom, two-bath suites
(about 1,175 square feet* including balcony) - Floor Plan D: 120 three-bedroom, two-bath suites

* As measured by the Buildings’ architects. Architects typically measure square footage from the outside edge of the exterior walls to the mid-point of walls shared with adjoining units. Another method, generally used in condominium plats, measures square footage from the inside edge of the unit’s boundary walls (referred to as the net square footage). For information regarding the interior dimensions or net square footage of the units, reference can also be made to Exhibit “D” of the Condominium Declaration and the Survey, Floor, and Plot Plans attached as an exhibit to the Prospectus.
