* As measured by the Buildings’ architects. Architects typically measure square footage from the outside edge of the exterior walls to the mid-point of walls shared with adjoining units. Another method, generally used in condominium plats, measures square footage from the inside edge of the unit’s boundary walls (referred to as the net square footage).
