Paramount Hospitality Management, whose principals have over 100 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, has been chosen to operate Floridays Orlando Resort's hotel functions on a day-to-day basis.
- Paramount will maintain a continuing hotel and resort operation—including check-in, bellman, concierge and housekeeping services—on behalf of unit owners, their visitors and rental guests.
- Paramount will market units that participate in the rental program to potential hotel guests in the U.S. and in markets throughout the world.
- Via a sophisticated computer reservation system, participating units will be rented out on an equitable, even-handed basis. The objective is that each unit participating in the program will generate revenue in amounts consistent with every other unit of comparable size and type. Because of various factors (including guest preferences and various lengths of stays), complete equalization will not be possible, but every effort will be made by Paramount to ensure that, over time, rentals will be allocated equitably among participating units.
- The revenue generated by each unit will be distributed to the owner on a quarterly basis. Operating expenses in connection with the hotel and resort operation, in addition to a management fee, will be allocated and deducted from the accumulated revenue.
